In ALK´s Global Quality function, you will become part of a dynamic team with about 10 dedicated employees working to optimize and simplify the quality management system and the corporate processes in close collaboration with global stakeholders. You will be based at the ALK Head Office in Hørsholm and be part of a global organisation, reporting to Karin Toftegaard, Senior Director for Global Quality Systems.
As ITQA Compliance Manager in ALK, your goal is to deliver excellent services and advice to Global Business IT. Furthermore, you will drive the adaptation of the Quality Management System and processes to fit to future IT technologies and drive changes related to the digitalisation journey in ALK. You will collaborate with many parts of the global ALK organisation both within IT and in line of business.
Your main tasks will include:
This position gives you the opportunity to drive and contribute to the development and improvements of the future quality processes related to IT within ALK, as well as it gives you a large interface, global responsibility in a great work environment.
Independent and proactive with excellent communication skills
You hold an academic degree in Engineering, Pharmacy or Natural science. You have at least five years of experience from the pharmaceutical or medical device industry and within GxP, and are experienced with areas such as cloud-based systems and outsourced IT services, automated testing etc. Experience within Project Management is an advantage.
As a person you work independently and have an ambitious mind-set. You are proactive, service minded and a profound team player. Furthermore, you possess excellent communication skills, and you master English at a high professional level.

- ITQA Compliance Partner for Global Business IT
- Drive simplification initiatives for the validation process on a corporate level as well as in Line of Business
- Drive changes in our Quality Management System for computer validation to adapt to future IT technologies and digitalization
- Handling of validation/qualification documentation
- CC, deviations, CAPA and SOP approvals
- Provide expertise to critical issues on an ongoing basis
