You will join the Ocean Product Finance team, where you will be exposed to the strategy and innovation of our core ocean product. You will play a key role in providing insights for the future direction of our company and partnering the business in delivering our strategic goals.
You will interact with stakeholders within and outside Finance, and the experience gained in this position will open ways for further career progression across the company.

Key Responsibilities
You will drive performance management and support business decision making within the Network Strategy and Product Prism Ocean functions.
You will optimize the deliverables and processes that include value-add analysis, management reporting, deep dive analysis, performance management and financial forecasts.
Your key responsibilities also include:
- Supporting and driving relevant financial processes, incl. annual Business Plan, rolling forecast and monthly performance review
- Owning financial input to relevant business cases and enabling data-driven decision making
- Providing recommendations to Network Strategy and Product Prism portfolio
- Challenging and driving results together with the business stakeholders
- Being accountable for timely, high quality and fit-for-purpose financial reporting and analysis to key stakeholders.
- Ensuring compliance to accounting principles for the products in scope.
Who we are looking for
The ideal candidate for the role will have a strong background in high-impact finance and business partnering roles, with a proven track record of driving business results.
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Business Administration combined with 5+ years of experience in Finance Business Partnering, Financial Planning, Investment Finance, or Strategy.
Key competencies are:
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, enabling engagement and influence on multiple stakeholders and senior leadership.
- A visible drive and aim to continue developing and transforming the business – focusing on results, which inspire others.
- Detail oriented with aspiration for problem solving.
- Understanding of financial modeling and investment analysis.
- Conveying insights extracted from data into concise, commonly understood business language for effective decision-making, while keeping the overall strategic impact in perspective.
