With direct reference to our Head of Business Partnering & Controlling, you will become part of a dedicated and experienced team consisting of 7 colleagues with very broad responsibilities and a strong mandate to engage with all parts of the organization. We are constantly aiming at taking up larger parts of the business sparring agenda, while supporting our stakeholders with top quality controlling. We encourage and motivate our colleagues and ourselves to bring new ideas and smarter ways of working and we put pride in our close and collaborative relationship to our internal customers.
Experienced Senior Finance Business Partner with focus on business partnering
In the position, you will have a key position in an international organization, with the responsibility of providing the business with financial insights and support and contribute to value-based steering.
More specific you will be responsible for:
• Supporting the business as a business partner with various analysis, value sparring, initiatives and guidance
• Participate in management meetings and business areas reviews to help drive the business agenda
• Driving improvements and transparency for costing, both within your unit and across departments
• Assisting with profitability improvement initiatives to increase overall value creation in Kamstrup
• Monthly and year-end closing processes for actual reporting, including analysis and presentations
• Drive the data driven decision agenda through involvement in our front-end data solutions, e.g. Power BI
• Develop and implement new initiatives which optimizes the reporting and business partnering processes
• Lead a group finance topic (e.g., pricing, forecasting, cost allocation etc.) where you are the overall responsible
• Coach and guide peers and junior colleagues in our aim from delivering stronger as a joint team
Personality matters
As a person, you are ambitious and driven by the desire to develop your professional and personal competences. You enjoy working proactively, and possess strong communicative skills that enable you to clearly communicate across all levels in the organization. Furthermore, you have an analytical and curious approach to your tasks, and you wish to make a difference and take responsibility.
You have an economic degree in finance, economics or business administration combined with minimum 5 years of experience working as a Senior Business Controller or a similar role.
Besides that, it is a requirement that you:
• Have experience working in an international company group with foreign subsidiaries
• Have strong IT skills and are super user in Excel, PPT and common ERP and BI platforms
• Solid experience in executive communication
• Good business acumen
• Experience with manufacturing environments, commercial excellence and pricing is seen as a benefit
In addition, it is a requirement that you master English and Danish on a high level – both orally and written.
