Therefore, we are expanding our Business Partnering & Controlling team, to support Kamstrup on realizing its growth journey and hence looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner to join our Business Partnering & Controlling team.
With direct reference to our Head of Business Partnering & Controlling, you will become part of a dedicated and experienced team consisting of 8 colleagues with very broad responsibilities and a strong mandate to engage with all parts of the organization. We are constantly aiming to collaborate and challenge our internal customers to take more data-driven and forward-looking thinking decisions. Therefore, we encourage our colleagues and ourselves to release the business partner behavior that will increase our value-based steering impact.
Experienced Senior Finance Business Partner with focus on commerce
In the position, you will have a key position in an international organization, with the responsibility of providing commercial insights across heat/cooling, electricity, and water with financial insights and support and contribute to value-based steering.
More specifically, you will be:
Personality matters
We are looking for a talented Senior Finance Business Partner. If you are not already working in a similar role, we imagine that you are ready to advance your Finance Business Partner career. You have an economic degree in finance, economics or business administration combined with minimum 5 years of relevant finance business partnering experience.
Besides that, it is a requirement that you:
• Have experience working in an international company group with foreign subsidiaries or consulting
• Have strong IT skills and are a super user in Excel, PPT and common ERP and BI platforms
• Solid experience in executive communication
• Good business acumen
• Experience with commercial excellence, manufacturing environments and pricing is seen as an advantage
As a person, you are ambitious and driven by the desire to develop your professional and personal competencies. You enjoy working proactively and possess strong communicative skills that enable you to communicate your recommendations with confidence across all levels in the organization. Furthermore, you have an analytical and curious approach to your tasks, and you wish to make a difference and take responsibility.
In addition, it is a requirement that you master English and Danish on a high level – both orally and written.

Experienced Senior Finance Business Partner with focus on commerce
In the position, you will have a key position in an international organization, with the responsibility of providing commercial insights across heat/cooling, electricity, and water with financial insights and support and contribute to value-based steering.

- Partnering up with commercial by delivering various analysis, value sparring, initiatives, and guidance to increase value creation
- Driving data-driven decision agenda through involvement in our front-end data solutions, e.g. Power BI
- Lead a group finance topic (e.g., pricing, forecasting, cost allocation etc.) where you are the overall responsible
- Coach and guide peers and junior colleagues toward our aim of delivering stronger as a joint team
