We are looking for a Portfolio Manager for Supply Chain Projects in a global context.
With direct reference to our Head of Advanced Manufacturing, you will play an important role in Supply Chain. Advanced Manufacturing is a part of our Supply Chain, and divided into four functions: Lean, Process & Analysis, Manufacturing Concepts and SC Projects. You will hereby gain 40 close colleagues who work across the entire Supply Chain in Kamstrup and in close collaboration with our development and product teams. The SC Projects department has a global responsibility for projects being prioritized and scoped.
A job with ownership, responsibility and cross organizational alignment
In the newly established position as our new Portfolio Manager, you will get the full ownership of our Supply Chain Project Portfolio. You will hereby be responsible for maintaining and updating the overview over projects globally. You provide leadership and coordinate through your role as facilitator with a vast group of internal stakeholders, to ensure their involvement and that deadlines are met.

Personality matters
We are looking for a Portfolio Manager with a solid background in project planning and stakeholder management. We imagine that you have a relevant degree within engineering. Furthermore, you must have 5+ years of experience from a similar role and consider yourself an experienced Project Manager.
As a person you are outgoing by nature, enabling you to communicate clearly and collaborate with stakeholders on all levels of the organisation. You have a global mindset combined with a result oriented, structured and fact-based approach towards your tasks. You excel in handling many tasks at once, and you thrive in a collaborative and coordinating role.
It is a requirement that you master English and Danish in writing and speaking

More specially you will:
- Be responsible for project objectives and at an overall level ensure project intake, portfolio management and a delivery pipeline that meets the needs for Supply Chain and Product Management in Kamstrup
- Monitor performance of projects within the portfolio, including finance and resource budgets, timelines for gates and CAPEX business cases
- Ensure project documents including but not limited to project plans, risk mitigation, communication, budgets, and other project management-related documentation
- Gather various elements of project performance data and routinely report such to the project team, stakeholders, and leadership
- Maintain constant oversight of project budgets through assimilation of actual cost data and re-forecasting of expected total costs
