Do you have the competences and the will to take Terma to next level of Risk Management and Security? In this newly established role you will shape and be accountable for leading, developing and delivering on Risk Management and Security in Denmarks biggest defense company that deliver advanced technologies to keep people safe.
Lead Group Security and head up the Security & Business Continuity Governance Board
As this is a new role your competencies, mindset, insights and ideas will frame and shape the postion. What is for certain is you being responsible for a dedicated team and therefore people leadership is an important and crucial part of this job. We also expect you to navigate easily as a competent leader that excels in stakeholder management, business advisory and project management at strategic and tactical levels. You are responsible for ensuring that Terma stays ahead of external threats and requirements on security, with particular focus on Cyber and Information security.

Overall, you will be the one that ensures that Risk Management and Security in Terma is taken to the next level, that our Executive Management and Board of Directors get the business advisory needed and that the Security team gets a great people leader.

You may already have experience working towards C-level and a board of directors or you’ve got the will and ambition to grow into the role.
Preferably you have a theoretical background in IT/Cyber Security at Master Level. We expect that you communicate at business level in both Danish and English (oral and written).

- Ensure that security risks are an integral part of business decisions and business operations
- People Manager of Group Security, a team of specialists handling Information Security, Physical Security, Operational Security, Business Projects etc. Further shaping of the role will pend on your profile
- Take the lead role in the Security & Business Continuity Governance Board providing expertise advise and guidance
- Business Continuity Planning (BCP)
- Align and collaborate closely with key stakeholders to ensure that business solutions and threats are handled in a holistic way that benefits Terma both internally and externally

You may already have experience working towards C-level and a board of directors or you’ve got the will and ambition to grow into the role.
Preferably you have a theoretical background in IT/Cyber Security at Master Level. We expect that you communicate at business level in both Danish and English (oral and written).

- Strong interpersonal competencies and driven by leading and developing people
- Influencing and impacting others without having direct authority while capable of safely navigating within a global matrix organization
