You will be part of the Group Treasury and FP&A department which today consists of 10 colleagues and reports directly to the management team. You will join the Treasury team of 3 professionals, with responsibility of the forward-looking financial management of the group, including standard Treasury disciplines such as Financing, Trade Financing, Liquidity- & Cash management and Financial Risk Management.
The department works from the headquarter in Copenhagen and supports the Group as an internal financial business partner, with focus on enabling and supporting the continued growth of the company.
As our new Treasury Manager, your main responsibilities from the start will be the Liquidity-, Financing- and Cash management of the group and our global Trade Financing set-up - with the possibility to expand responsibilities to other Treasury disciplines. In doing so you will be working closely with the business and play an integral part of getting renewable energy projects developed.
We are looking for an ambitious performance-oriented person with a can-do mindset and the desire to improve and challenge status quo. Your new team

Your new role
As our new Treasury Manager, your main responsibilities from the start will be the Liquidity-, Financing- and Cash management of the group and our global Trade Financing set-up - with the possibility to expand responsibilities to other Treasury disciplines. Areas of responsibility
- Managing and monitoring the cash position and short-term liquidity forecasting of the group.
- Coordinate and monitor project financing activities together with M&A and FP&A team
- Driving strategic improvements of the cash- and liquidity management of the group.
- Maintaining an efficient overview of the guarantee portfolio of the group and ensuring ongoing facility headroom by negotiating new or increased facilities.
- Collaborate closely with the project teams on upcoming guarantee needs and provide the necessary support and advisory when needed.
- Act as a key point of contact for banks and other external stakeholders, building and maintaining strong relationships that enable us to access the capital we need.
Prerequisites to progress in the job
- You have a relevant master’s degree within Finance.
- You have 1-3 years of work experience within the area of Treasury or similar.
- You have full professional proficiency in English.
- You have advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 products, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- You have great interpersonal and communication skills.
- You are analytical and have a structured approach to your tasks.
