We are now looking for an IT Analyst to be part of the contract and decision making of which End-user hardware and accessories Nordea should use.

About this opportunity

As IT Analyst in User Administration and On-Site Support you will be a member of On-Site Support in any of the Nordic countries or Poland, but preferable in Denmark.

In On-Site Support we are working with global processes and for delivering within the agreed service levels and we have a very high focus on delivering Great end-user experiences. We have the courage to deliver quality.
You’ll be responsible for End-user hardware-, accessories and mobile phone contracts, contact with the suppliers and Hardware life cycle management just to mention a few.

The position is based preferrable in Denmark, but can be in any Nordic country or Poland.
