Reworks Coordinator, Day shift - [xxxxx] Warehouse

Our warehouse operation is growing fast and therefore we want to strengthen our Reworks department on day shift by adding a Coordinator. If you can see yourself as an important part of a company with big ambitions and an exciting journey ahead, then it might be you that we are looking for.

About the position:
As a coordinator in the Reworks department you will be working closely with the rest of the Reworks team which consists of 15-40 people on a daily basis. Your main task will be to take coordinate the day-to-day practical tasks in the department.

The Reworks department is responsible for relabeling goods, that are later sold in NORMAL stores in Denmark and other countries abroad. Our goal is to keep this process as efficient as possible, while keeping a high-quality standard. At the same time, we want to make sure that we have a healthy work environment where all employees feel supported, in which you will play a big role as well.

Your daily tasks will be:

• Coordinate assignments between employees, ensure a good workflow and report mistakes when needed.
• Work closely with the team, motivate them, and take their individual needs into consideration.
• Create awareness of the warehouse rules and guidelines and uphold these.
• Coordinate work with other departments in the warehouse in person or via email.

Qualifications:
The most important requirement for this position is that you are interested in working with people, and that you want to take part in developing and optimizing the department. If you have experience in leading a team of employees - this can be beneficial.

It is an advantage, if you have experience working in the field of logistics and have an understanding of warehouse operations.

Place of employment:
You will start you journey with us at our warehouse North of Horsens in Gedved, but we are in the process of building a new logistics center in Hedensted, where we will be moving to later this year.
