Our PM team is linked into the Buildings Division and work across a variety of projects and sectors from large commercial and residential developments, boutique hotels and high-end retail stores to Infrastructure Projects in Antarctica. For this role there is a requirement for travel of a short duration, both in the UK and overseas.Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:Delivery of projects from inception to completion ensuring that scope, contracts, programmes, change management, risk registers, budgets and QA procedures are all in place and maintained through the life of a projectManaging the design process through design workshops and leading project meetingsCommunicate with and represent the Client’s interest and provide a professional and cost-effective service that meets the Stakeholder’s expectationsManagement of sub-consultants as the project requires, typically this may be quantity surveyors, architects or specialist designersAssume responsibility for the day-to-day management of all project activity including Monthly Reports, Minutes and (MS Project) Programmes, and delivery of presentations when requiredEnsuring coordinated and high-quality deliverables from our multidisciplinary teamsYour key deliverables over the first 12-24 months for this role will be:Preparation and delivery of projects to budget, time and qualityCoordinating design deliverables and ensuring quality outputsDeveloping safe, sustainable and profitable solutionsYour starting point for constant growthFrom the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company.
