We are looking for a new energetic colleague to join our great Workplace Excellence Team in Workplace Management Denmark. Our primary responsibility is to manage and drive changes in our HQ and branch portfolio as well as developing & running engaging workplace environments. This by focusing on user-centric workplace design, events & services. This is an opportunity for you to become part of an ambitious Workplace Management team, that strives to be an excellent partner for our business areas.
We would like to strengthen our team with a key player who will contribute in providing efficient workplaces, supporting our Flexible Working@Nordea strategy and concept. As a Senior Business Developer you will have a unique opportunity to drive, influence and develop Space Management and proactively support a diverse range of activities that contribute to a better workplace for our colleagues in Denmark.

Welcome to the Workplace Management team in Denmark. Together with our great people, we have the ownership of all physical buildings and related services, and we have a strong belief that we can use these to strengthen customer- and employee experience and effectiveness.
As a Senior Business Developer you’ll play a valuable role in the Workplace Excellence team, ensuring that our workplaces are aligned with our business needs and building usage.

The role is based in Greater Copenhagen but some travelling, to visit branches and regional offices, must be expected from time to time.
