To Computerome, a leading innovator and provider of Platform as a service (Paas) and Infrastructure as a service (IaaS) with a special focus in person sensitive cloud solutions, HPC and storageFor our client Computerome, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Strategic Business Development Manager. You are specialized in Platform as a Service (Paas) and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and able to increase growth thru collaboration with channel partners and direct sales.The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated person who possess a strong understanding of cloud computing technologies, particularly PaaS and IaaS solutions, and demonstrate a proven track record of successfully identifying, pursuing, and closing business opportunities within this domain. You will be part of a dynamic and ambitious company, with dedicated employees who are all focusing on growing the sales of their unique services with channel partners, large customers and run-rate costumers. After the initial learning, you will be responsible for scaling sales and further developing and implementing Computeromes business development strategy. Main tasks as Strategic Business Development Manager
The job is a newly established position and you will work in a dynamic international environment with a dedicated team of colleagues working alongside you with solution architects and project managers. You will work directly and in close cooperation with our Head of Business Development.Your main responsibilities:
  • Identifying, analyzing, and prioritizing relevant companies for either partner potential og direct business
  • Networking, uncovering the opportunity of cooperation, preparing requirement specification, contract negotiations and closing business opportunities
  • Thinking from a technical as well as commercial approach Communicating the necessary corrections to our DevOps and administration teams
  • Computerome is planning on a longer run to further expanding this team with account managers and sales people in close cooperation with you.Professional profile: Technical interest and business experience
    Your background will include a relevant education, you might have worked as an application engineer supplemented with experience of working with technical sales and business development or in sales with a strong technical background.Additionally, the position urges the following personal qualities:
    You are a strong character, challenge driven, academically extrovert, result-oriented, persistent, energetic and you are a disciplined executer as well as a team player with great communicative skills.
