Opportunity
The Business Analyst will be responsible to maintain and support the Digital Operations applications and solutions for the terminals in the region. Execute on the modernization and standardization for the Digital Operations applications and solutions in the region. Will liaison between Global Strategic Demands and Local Terminal Initiatives.Principle Accountabilities:
- Support and maintain the business applications within the specified domain, e.g. TOS/N4, EDI
- Execute upgrades, software enhancements and changes to the business applications in scope, in line with global standard change management practices and without service interruption
- Resolve incidents in line with standard incident management processes and within agreed service levels
- Collaborate with regional PP Sr BA, regional PP lead and the global PP team on new business needs and requirements, new enhancements and developments
- Deploy new standard capabilities within the specified domain in line with the global change and modernization agenda
- Collaborate with other regional and local teams to ensure underlying (e.g. IT infrastructure, database) enablers are in place and meet the requirements to ensure a secure, highly performant, robust and 7x24 available application environment
- Keep track of the complete inventory of all business applications and underlying technology in scope
- Provide input and keep track of the business application lifecycle, keeping it up to date and execute on agreed release managements
- Feed business demands within the specified domain to the sr business analyst to determine functional requirements and enable delivery in collaboration with the global and regional PP team(s)
- Comply working procedures and practices to global standards, policies, service management processes and operational procedures
CRITICAL QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- Opportunities analysis, demands definition and management and driving the process to project execution/implementation
- Incident Management skills
- Problem Solving and Critical Thinking
- Providing quality support and maintenance of PP applications in line with business needs
- Execute work according to global standards, policies and working practices
- Offer in depth expertise on PP applications in scope
