Department: CMC API Development – Digital Development Location: Søborg, We are seeking an IT Compliance Specialist to join our team within CMC API Development. Our focus is on computerized laboratory equipment, and the ideal candidate will have experience in IT compliance within this field. The candidate should be pragmatic, systematic, and have experience in coordinating risk assessments. The Position You will be responsible for keeping ServiceNow up to date and becoming an expert in IT related standard operating procedures (SOPs). While coding skills are not required, you should have a strong understanding of IT systems and be able to work collaboratively with technical teams. Your Qualifications Responsibilities: Coordinate IT risk assessments and develop risk mitigation plans. Maintain an up-to-date ServiceNow platform. Become an expert in IT-related SOPs and maintain documentation. Develop and maintain IT compliance policies and procedures. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards. Assist in the development of training programs for IT compliance. Requirements: Knowledge of Laboratory IT systems and infrastructure. Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, natural sciences, engineering, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT compliance or related GMP compliance field, e.g., experience as GMP supporter. Knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure. Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with technical teams. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. About the department At CMC API Development, we specialize in creating APIs (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients) for clinical trials. Our Digital Development team is responsible for the laboratory equipment's IT components and associated data. To better support data collection from equipment and integration with other data sources, we're upgrading our IT and automation platform. This includes identifying our future needs and implementing IT and data solutions that fulfil those needs. In some cases, we'll adopt generic solutions available across Novo Nordisk, and in others, we'll implement and maintain local solutions that are more tailored to our needs.
