Are you an experienced location scout ready to take on a broad selection of new challenges? Then this is your opportunity to take part in Silvan´s exciting journey of development and growth in the Danish DIY market.
For a newly created position, we are looking for a colleague to oversee and manage the task of expanding our store network by finding new attractive store locations. Together with the Real Estate Team, you’ll play a key role in facilitating the expansion of Silvan through a broad selection of real estate scouting related tasks.

Main responsibilities
- Analyze and develop our store location pipeline
- Search for suitable locations to open new stores.
- Negotiate rental contracts for new and existing locations.
- Present your results directly to the Head of Real Estate and to C-level members.
Preferred qualifications
- You have minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finding retail store locations from corporate or agency side e.g. as a locations scout, real estate agent or from a similar position.
- You have a solid network for building a store location pipeline in the Copenhagen area. Market access in additional regions is an advantage.
- You possess strong communication skills and you are business fluent in Danish and English.
