As a part of the Group Strategy, Transformation & Sustainability function you will get a key role in shaping and executing the strategy of the Scandinavian Tobacco Group. As part of this process, you will work with the senior stakeholders, drive analysis on various business opportunities, as well as lead execution as a project manager on certain strategic projects. The range of strategic projects spans functional topics (commercial, operational, value chain, etc.) and geographies.
This position can be a great step in your career towards a more senior strategic position or a line business position in a truly international organization. You will contribute with professional sparring on strategic and financial subjects towards the business and leadership team. Our team is based in Copenhagen, and you will be reporting directly to Head of Group Portfolio Management Office. You might be traveling 10-20 days per year.

What can you expect in as a Strategy Project Manager at Scandinavian Tobacco Group?
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedule, budget, and monitoring expenditures
- Develop and maintain all required project management materials followed by guidelines
- Manage scope, resources, timelines, costs/budget, quality, communication, and procurements to meet the goals of the project
- Ensure that project plans and schedules are established and maintained, ensuring that deliverables are completed timely and accurately
- Establish project governance, conducting formal presentations, coordinating with all project stakeholders, and ensuring that appropriate project controls are instituted
- Work with personnel within various teams that are responsible for the systems to develop necessary project management, change management, risk management, rollout, and training plans
- Work with cross-functional business teams to develop stakeholder communication plans to train and/or reach program participants
- Drive strategic projects, incl. growth opportunities, group-wide strategic initiatives, etc.
- Drive business analysis to support decision-making on various opportunities identified across organization.
- Support business areas with strategic analysis and sparring
- This position will be responsible for working with senior-level business executives, IT personnel, business program resources, and vendor staff to execute project requirements and manage stakeholder expectations
- Work directly with the Group Portfolio Management Office and support STG group projects, guiding project managers, and creating executive level material on portfolio performance

- You have a proven track record of analytical work and strategic assignments
- You work in a systematic, structured and analytical way
- You have a strong understanding of financial reporting and corporate finance
- You are experienced in project management
- You find an inner ignite in strategic matters but also you take great pride in the execution
- You are motivated by navigating between many internal stakeholders in an international organization
- You have a proven track record of analytical work and strategic assignments
- You work in a systematic, structured and analytical way
- You have a strong understanding of financial reporting and corporate finance
- You are experienced in project management
- You find an inner ignite in strategic matters but also you take great pride in the execution
- You are motivated by navigating between many internal stakeholders in an international organization
- Analytical mindset and ability to work with Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office programs
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
