As a UX researcher at Azets, you will be working closely with our UX designer in Azets Labs where we are focused on developing a web-based payroll system. We work in close collaboration with product managers, engineering team, business areas and most importantly – our users.As a student assistant your responsibilities will vary. You will support our product discovery team in refining and expanding our user research database. This database will be the foundation for our research insights, which will guide key product decisions and help us explore new opportunities in business, technology, and user-centered design areas. In addition, you will be supporting research phases of product discovery based on your experience and knowledge. This is a great opportunity to apply your knowledge and gain hands-on experience within the field of user research and digital product development.What we expect from you:
We don’t require you to have a specific education, but we would like you to have an interest in and knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods. You also need to have an interest in planning, conducting, analysing, and communicating research to other stakeholders.In addition, we expect you to:In Azets we support your professional development, and you have the opportunity to affect your own learning curve.
