Together we are life-changing. The position As a Senior UX Researcher, working closely with multiple colleagues in design, technical innovation, and user communication. The overall scope of the role is to develop and digitalise UX in e-labelling for delivery solutions. With the e-labelling initiative, Novo Nordisk pursues to offer product safety information like instructions for use and medicine information digitally for patients and health care professional across the world. Your key responsibilities: Design, plan, and execute various types of research with end users across the care ecology to ensure new value propositions to end users Run user tests and co-creation as part of early design conceptions Scope and plan for real-life Proof Of Concept launch for a selected audience in 2024 Facilitate analysis of primary and secondary data together with project team Identify and communicate strategic implications of new insights as a project team member Create cultural perspectives relevant to the future of E-labeling with a clear So What The position is based in Hillerød but some time could be spent at our site in Søborg as well as some travelling activity in relation to field research. Qualifications To thrive and succeed, we expect you to have: Master’s Degree in any social science or humanities Minimum of 8 years of dedicated experience in UX research in either consumer health and wellness, pharma, or medical devices Proven track record of turning user understanding into clear design direction, leading user research from scoping, planning, executing, reporting Comfortable leading impact creation via communication of insights to various types stakeholders Solid experience in planning and facilitating insights workshops combined with the ability to create convincing presentations Passion for a people-centred approach, always looking to improve and develop within the field of UX research Fluency in English (both written and spoken) As a person, you are self-driven, curious, empathic, and open-minded. You are a creative thinker who can build the bridge from research to design; and are driven by solving complex problems. Overall, you come with a collaborative attitude and excellent communication skills.
