Are youan energetic project manager with experience driving cross-functional projects and passionate about bringing the best out of each project team member? Do you have an strategic mindset and do you thrive facilitating decision making and identification of opportunities for improvement?

At AGC Biologics we are looking for you who has several years experience leading complex projects in manufacturing, including compliance and expansion projects. And of course, someone who wants to be part of a team with the mission to improve patients’ lives.

About the Role

As Project Manager for Manufacturing Readiness & Compliance, you will be responsible to lead strategic and cross-functional projects in manufacturing. Your main project right now will be the Operational Readiness project, which is taking care of bringing our new state-of-the-art mammalian facility on-line.

Your key responsibilities will include,

  • Drive strategic and cross-functional projects across manufacturing, including implementation and optimization of manufacturing processes, implementation of compliance projects across manufacturing and expansion projects
  • Define, maintain and own project plans
  • Ensure resource allocation to the projects
  • Define, maintain and prioritize the roadmap for strategic initiatives / projects

Qualifications

  • You have a Master’s degree in Pharmacy, natural sciences or similar
  • Several years experience working as project manager for strategic and cross-functional projects in manufacturing
  • Strong change management skills and business understanding.
  • Good interpersonal skills and proven experience in working with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent English communication skills both written and spoken

On a personal level you are pro-active and structured and like to work with planning. You can keep the overview of a lot of activities with dependencies. Based on your structured approach to your work, you can juggle several tasks while prioritizing your efforts optimally by keeping the bigger picture in mind. You are a team player, and you quickly build strong working relationships.
