We are looking for a Talent Development Coordinator who is service-minded and passionate about communication, planning and coordination to support our international and renowned Netcompany Academy. This is a temporary position to cover for our colleague, who is going on parental leave.
Part of Netcompany’s Talent Management & Development Team
As Talent Development Coordinator you will enable continuous development for the IT industry’s most talented employees both in Denmark and globally! You will be a part of our global Talent Management & Development team and be based in the global HR department located at our head quarter in Copenhagen. As our new Talent Development Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting Netcompany Academy, which is the focal point in the way we think employee development. At Netcompany, we invest massively in the development of our employees to increase our organizational capabilities.
This is a great opportunity to be a part of a truly international team, and you will be referring to the Head of Talent Management & Development, Claus Høvelt.
Your main tasks:
- Plan, coordinate and support approx. 500 annual global online courses. You are point of contact.
- Identify suitable internal instructors and ensure their readiness to teach specific courses
- Optimize systems, processes and frameworks with the Talent Development area
- LMS Management, System reporting, data management, and tracking
- Other administrative Talent Management & Development tasks
About you
To be successful in this role, it is paramount that planning, coordinating and stakeholder management is in your DNA. It is important that you can keep cool, whilst juggling many tasks at the same time, maintaining a smile on your face and the capacity to accommodate for changes that might occur. You are socially savvy and are used to work in an international, multicultural environment.
We imagine that:
- You have experience as a coordinator in a larger dynamic company
- You are dedicated, helpful with a can-do approach to new challenges
- You take pride in administrative tasks
- You are not afraid of using a computer and you love excel
- It is a benefit if you have experience in Cornerstone, but not a requirement
- You are good at maintaining a helicopter perspective when things need to go fast
- You are loyal and a team player
You are detail-oriented and can work independently. Some of your most important assets are that you thrive in a dynamic environment, maintain an overview, and quickly identify alternative solutions when things suddenly change.
