We oversee and collaborate with multiple sub-suppliers to ensure all components and systems of the project are successfully integrated and implemented.
As a Prime we play the crucial role in managing and overseeing the entire project, ensuring its successful execution and meeting the customer’s requirements.
With reference to the Director of Sourcing in Supply Chain and Quality Management (SCQM), you are offered a unique possibility to join our team on the journey towards becoming a Prime. Main responsibility
You will lead and manage projects ensuring that all deliverables from our sub-suppliers are met according to customer expectations.
Furthermore the main areas of responsibility are:
- Lead and manage projects ensuring timely delivery from our subsuppliers, adherence to budgets and high-quality outcome
- Collaborate with the cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives and deliverables
- Effectively communicate project progress and risk management
- Cooperate with the sourcing team to both support and assure customer requirements are flown down to the supplier base
Your professional qualifications:
- Relevant educational background with a degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement or Business Law
- Strong understanding of legal matters and ability to navigate a complex regulatory environment
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiar with the sourcing and procurement process
- Preferably +5 years of experience from a similar job function
Your personal qualifications:
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Fluent in English is a requirement
