About the department
The department is part of Chemistry Manufacturing Control Drug Product & Analytical Development (CMC DP & Ana Dev), located in Måløv. The department consists of four highly skilled teams. Currently we are 72 colleagues supporting the development organisation with expertise in specialised analytical tasks from late discovery to product launch.
The department is responsible for developing analytical methods, validation, documentation and delivering analytical results for new drug substance, drug product and side chains as well as for raw materials, excipients, and various process related residues and leachables. Furthermore, we are responsible for solid state peptide and protein characterisation including particle characterisation and stability studies.
The job
You will be part of a team where you primarily work with LC-UV-MS, GC-MS or ICP-OES/MS analyses related to leachables documentation in late-stage clinical development projects. Leachables are compounds that migrates from a container closure system or production component when in contact with a drug substance or drug product. Leachables are most often found in trace analysis concentrations.
In this position, you can expect to: Work on multiple projects with a focus on the trace analysis, from sample preparation to reporting of results including data processing and management. Work closely with multiple scientists and laboratory technicians. Contribute to the team's work on scouting and implementing new automated processes and digital solutions. In CMC DP & Ana Dev, we continuously optimise our workflows and strive to simplify using cLEAN principles and automated and digitalised solutions. Qualifications
Our ideal candidate: Holds an education as a laboratory technician or a related educational qualification Has experience with trace analysis of organic or inorganic compounds using analysis techniques such as LC-UV-MS, GC-MS and/or ICP-MS/OES Possesses a strong proficiency in both Danish and English, both in spoken and written communication
Familiarity with work and documentation under quality requirements such as GMP/GLP/GXP would be considered a plus.
