If you are ready to take on this challenge and make a difference in the lives of patients, we encourage you to apply and become a part of our dynamic and newly established team where you will report to the Therapy Area Head of Obesity The Position To be successful in this role you need to build an effective team based on Novo Nordisk core values to achieve successful trial results and operational excellence. In this position, ability to manage multiple priorities is crucial, as well as proactively finding efficient ways of doing things and dealing constructively with problems that do not have clear solutions or outcomes. Qualifications Our ideal candidate also meets the following criteria: At least 4 years of experience in clinical trial management and people management Strong leadership skills and proven successes Strong track record in clinical trials execution in multifunctional team and training Ability and interest to work in a new established organisation and team. Ability to deal constructively with problems that do not have clear solutions or outcomes Driving results while demonstrating situational adaptability, also to gather and make sense of information that suggests new possibilities Leveraging connections with internal and external stakeholders to make things happen About the Department The Clinical Development Centre Denmark is one of the biggest clinical organisations within Novo Nordisk Northwest Europe. We are currently evolving as we are entering new therapy areas and broadening our portfolio of the clinical trials. CDC Denmark as multi-country organisation becomes the backbone in clinical trials for all Therapy Areas, while leading across seven countries: Finland, Norway, Sweden, Austria, Ireland, Belgium, Switzerland, as well as Denmark.
