Norwegian-speaking Insurance Customer Service Agent for well-regarded consulting company in Copenhagen

Our client in Copenhagen is looking for a Norwegian speaking customer service representative to be responsible for the entire life cycle of insurance customers. You will handle every step from the initial customer contact to the final resolution.
The position entails that the customers' insurance needs are covered, after which you must guide and make relevant decisions. Therefore, the position includes manegement of- and contact with various stakeholders.

The position gives you the opportunity to use and develop your analytic-, problem solving-, and communicative skills.
Insurance experience is not a requirement, but is considered an advantage.

You will be resonsible for handling tasks such as:

• First point of contact with customers.
• Handling and resolving customer transactions according to the internal company procedures.
• Investigating the details of the customer transactions by identifying and requesting relevant information from vrious parties.
• Communicate with clients and other parties (ie. brokers, claimants and other third parties) and ensure timely information to all of them.
• Take proactive steps to effectively meet customer expectations by demonstrating high quality, professionalism and accuracy.

You will be able to successfully meet the requirements, if you:

• Can communicate on a professional level in Norwegian and English.
• Has strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Can work independently and organize and prioritize between tasks
• Are a teamplayer and know when to share, provide or seek guidance when needed.
• Great IT-skills and experience with MS Office.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Practical information:

Fulltime position (37 hours)
Monday-Friday 08.00-16.00

Copenhagen V
Start date as soon as possible

Temporary positions up to and including the 31st of October 2023
Possibility of an extension
Salary according to qualifications
