The Recruiter will be responsible for leading the recruitment process, sourcing and hiring top talent across various departments, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, a deep understanding of recruitment strategies and techniques, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
In this role you are also expected to contribute to the development of the department's working methods to ensure efficient and quality assured processes with the goal of recruiting competent employees who ensure that we as a company achieve our high set goals and vision.

Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent across various departments
- Source and screen candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events
- Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews with candidates to assess their skills, experience, and fit for the position
- Manage the interview process, including scheduling, coordinating with hiring managers, and providing feedback to candidates
- Negotiate job offers according the current market and the budget
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and priorities
- Track and report recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on senior-level roles
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Language: Danish and English
