We scale up and have added large-scale project to our portfolio during the last years. Therefore, we seek a skilled project coordinator. You will manage, direct, and execute our large-scale projects - you’ll be the glue that makes ends meet from design, drawings and specification during sales, order handling, production to supervising installation and commissioning in the field. Once contracted, you’ll be the principal contact person to our customer during the lifetime of the implementation project, working closely together with our internal team.

You will manage, direct, and execute our large-scale projects - you’ll be the glue that makes ends meet from design, drawings and specification during sales, order handling, production to supervising installation and commissioning in the field. Main responsibilities
- During the project proposal phase: involved with sales and engineering to ensure proper definition of scope, deliverables, customer specifications, etc. You are responsible for technical documentation, descriptions, drawing etc.
- During the project execution: take a lead role in internal project planning and coordination. That is, drive project execution during production, test and documentation, incl. allocation of specific tasks to the team of engineers and specialists assigned to the project and supervision of coordinated progress and timely completion of project objectives.
- Assist order handling during project contracting and delivery.
- Responsible for sourcing and purchasing minor parts for the project.
- Plan resources, survey and stick to the budget, bring potential conflicts of resource limitations to the attention of the Directors.
- Apply risk-based thinking, schedule updating and “what if” analyses.
- Supervise installation, commission, and service the project after delivery.
Requirements
- Master or B.S. in Engineering (or equivalent experience with machines, electrical technology, PLC control etc.)
- 2 years’ experience in project management or related field.
- Driven, organized, with strong documentation, coordination, and communication skills.
- You can work with diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.
- You are analytical, customer-oriented, quality- and responsibility-conscious and you thrive on challenges.
- You both like to take the lead and be involved with a hand on approach.
- You know that peak workloads can occur, and in those situations, you go an extra mile with your colleagues.
- You can manage and sustain chaos and bring order to it.
- Fluent English verbally and written.
- Ability to travel once per month.
