In Terma Global HR, we’re looking for an analytical profile, who thrives with different tasks within Compensation & Benefits, to join our HR Operations team as Compensation & Benefits and Reporting Analyst.

The role & responsibilities
We are looking for a passionate C&B Specialist with dedicated focus on developing and maintaining a solid structure and with a proactive approach for handling the area of compensation, benefits, and reporting. The role has both focus on maintaining and optimizing already established policies, processes, and systems but also developing new initiatives and concepts. You must be able to work in a systematic, detailed, and structured way and at the same time explore new ways of ensuring business value and an engaged workforce. Stakeholder management and communication in both writing and verbally is key to succeed in the role when interacting with the organization, and external stakeholders.

You will join our dedicated and experienced HR Operations team. In HR, we see ourselves as a collective team of ambitious and solution-oriented HR colleagues across all both HR Leaders, HR Business Partners, HR Specialists and HR Coordinators, that always help each other to stay focused, committed, and motivated to deliver value to our colleagues throughout the Terma organization. Oh yeah, and we pride ourselves with always having a fun and open working environment.

We expect over time your deliverables with be as listed below. It is not important that you have experience within all the areas now. The most important is that you have a curious mind and want to learn new things:

  • Bonus & LTIP process lead
  • Merit increase process lead
  • Lead on IPE tool and support to relevant stakeholders
  • Gross pay scheme/total compensation overview maintenance
  • Compensation & Benefits strategy and relevant policies
  • Benchmark, recommendations, implementation and maintenance of Compensation & Benefits solutions
  • Lead on IPE tool and support to relevant stakeholders
  • Gross pay scheme/total compensation overview maintenance
  • Reporting and BI set-up
  • Data for external statistics
  • Compensation & benefits solution and vendor management (pension, insurance, cars etc.)
  • Link to employee clubs

Your professional qualifications
For this role, you need to have experience with some of the above assignments. It will of course be an advantage the more experience but please also apply even if you are not covering all.

We in general need someone with these skills:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience with HR systems – especially master data
  • Experience with data handling in ERP/BI system and excel.
  • Strong understanding of financial targets and results
  • Experience with process/policy writing
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Team worker
  • Passionate about C&B and reporting
  • Able to communicate effectively and confidently in English.
