Key Responsibilities
The Talent Development (TD) role has been introduced as part of the global TotalEnergies people ambition Better Together, and the main purpose is to support all employees in building their talent with the Company and in driving their own career in the direction they desire. The TD supports this flow of talented people through our organization and is a connecting link between HR functions related to people development.

The TD is first point of contact to HR for our employees and is a visible and available sparring partner in his/her area of the business. Furthermore, the TD drives annual people campaigns and supports managers on both HR campaigns and day-to-day people management topics.

In this role you will get to use your HR knowledge and experience in a variety of different areas. Because the role works in defined areas of the business and is very focused on supporting and understanding the business, you will have the possibility to continuously learn and develop your competencies when interacting with a multitude of stakeholders. You will be able to pursue learning opportunities and gain new skills and knowledge in your daily work and develop your own competencies in the context of your team of TD colleagues.

Main Talent Development activities:
  • Active contributor to a clearly defined talent framework supporting the business to identify and develop talent pipelines across the business and provide manager support to enable the business to achieve its ambition.
  • Responsible for annual people campaigns that cover areas such as: Internal mobility between roles, disciplines and geographical locations, succession planning to make such moves happen, performance management and talent management
