GreenPeas A/S is urgently lookingfor a visionary and committed HR Coordinator to be able to take the overall responsibility for the HR function of the company. The main task will be to proactively develop and execute HR strategies for GreenPeas locally and internationally. You must shape the development of the future HR organization and thus ensure that the company's HR is taken to the next level.

GreenPeas A/S

GreenPeas is the largest European producer of fresh green peas used as a rich protein snack. The company consists of a group of fully connected employees and a group of seasonal employees.

The production takes place in different countries with the main production in Denmark and Portugal. The HR Coordinator is centralized in Denmark.

GreenPeas is in a big development phase from a business and company values perspective. The green peas are picked by hand by 250 - 300 persons in the period March-September each year.

About the role

We are looking for a reflective colleague with a high personal drive who can be responsible for developing and operating current and future HR activities, processes, and policies at both strategic and operational levels.

An important task will be together with the HR Assistant to prepare and implement a strategy for the recruitment and development of relevant employees both locally and internationally. Human resources' responsibility is that human values are integrated into all the company's processes.

Your responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the approach to human resources in all the company functions and processes
  • Integrate the human welfare and values in all the company functions and processes
  • Competence and employee development
  • Personnel administration - maternity leave, holiday law, sick leave, collective agreement issues, preparation of employment contracts, payroll, etc.
  • Work allocation, controlling, and following up
  • Build up a strong and diverse candidate pool for both open and future positions
  • Various ad-hoc tasks within HR and personnel administration

Your profile

As a person, you are empathetic, self-aware, and curious. You enjoy working in a busy environment, thrive in having broad contact with employees, and make a positive impact. You have the ability to prioritize and act with foresight, and you coordinate and communicate professionally and efficiently. Due to your many diverse tasks, it is vital that you have a business understanding, are a quick learner, and can solve sudden issues with a positive and can-do attitude.

Qualifications:

  • You have relevant experience in the field of HR, or within working with people.
  • You have insight into personnel law and legislation, or are willing to research it.
  • You are proactive and able to maintain an overview, even when there are many balls in the air
  • You work independently with a great sense of responsibility and have the ability to prioritize tasks
  • You have a high level of self-control and mental strength
  • You like challenges and have a strong will to pursue your goals
  • You are linguistically proficient in Romanian and English , Danish is an advantage, but not required.
  • You have a positive and accepting view of life and humanity
