You will become a part of our HR team consisting of 18 dedicated colleagues covering all HR disciplines. Overall, the team is responsible for developing, implementing and driving activities that support the overall business objectives of Kamstrup. Furthermore, we assist our managers and other stakeholders in recruitments across our business units, striving to attract and develop and retain our talented employees. Our HR team is continuously growing and is characterized by being open minded, collaborative, and ambitious.

In the newly established position as HR Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the coordination of a broad portfolio of HR activities both within learning and development, recruitment and onboarding. As a result, you will have the opportunity to work across different HR disciplines and play a key role as support to your colleagues in the HR team.

Personality matters
We are looking for an ambitious and competent HR Coordinator with a great personal drive and a pioneering attitude. We imagine that you have a relevant degree in Business Administration, Business Engineering, Business Development, HR or similar. Whether you have a few years of experience or are newly educated is not crucial, as the most important is your attitude towards being at the centre of our HR team and that you are motivated to coordinate different activities across HR disciplines.
As a person you are dedicated, positive and have a can-do-attitude. You thrive in an outgoing role where no two days are alike, you keep an overview when working with many projects and tasks at the same time, and you excel in a dynamic work environment. You possess strong communicative skills that enable you to communicate clearly across all levels in the organization. Furthermore, you have an analytical and structured approach and a keen eye for details which enables you to be quality-conscious.
In addition, it is a requirement that you master English and Danish on a high level – both orally and written.

More specifically, you will:
- Plan and coordinate courses in close collaboration with external learning providers. This includes managing agreements, planning of dates, booking of facilities and communication activities
- Be responsible for our onboarding process including enrollment and communication to hiring managers and VP HR
- Ensure a reliable operation of our internal introduction plan for new leaders (enrollment, invitations, booking of facilities)
- Support our global HR recruitment processes including invitation for interviews, manage job adds etc..
- Have an essential role ensuring the global HR processes are updated continuously
- Ad hoc support of operational HR activities
