Supply Planner Role
This individual will support all aspects of day-to-day Supply Planning, including but not limited to maintaining agreed upon inventory levels, creation and issuing of purchase orders for finished goods and maintenance of planning parameters in the ERP and APS. The incumbent will analyze stock at sku/vendor level and ensure these are reordered at the right time and in the right quantity based on inventory policies while optimizing working capital, appropriately fulfilling customer orders, and avoiding out of stocks. Other areas of responsibility include purchase order follow up, receiving discrepancy resolution, maintaining APS data integrity, and effectively communicating with vendors on a day to day basis for issues resolution. He/she will be a liaison between Demand Planning, Commercial, Marketing, Procurement and Accounting to drive business efficiencies and cost-effective solutions.
This individual must exhibit clear and efficient communication skills, excellent follow-up, attention to detail, effective time management, sense of urgency, and a process improvement mindset.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Translate rolling demand plan into an executable replenishment plan that incorporates promotional plans, future demand forecast, vendors production capacities, safety stock, MOQ’s, and lead times.
• Responsible for the daily execution of the supply plan as it relates to issuing purchase orders, expediting product and resolution of related issues while exercising a high level of internal and external customer service and communication.
• Maintains and updates master data and planning parameters including but not limited to lead time, safety stock, and agreed upon inventory targets.
• Ensure existing ERP, APS, and reporting tools are utilized to allow for prompt identification and resolution of any nuances related to In Stock %, backorders, excess inventory and any other areas for improvement.
• Diligently work with Receiving and Accounting teams to resolve discrepancies found in incoming shipments to facilitate a smooth receipt process.
• Lead timely communication as it relates to supplier issues and escalate if needed by proactively interfacing with Procurement department and any other pertinent stakeholders.
• Participate in monthly S&OP (Sales & Operations Process) and weekly S&OE (Sales & Operations Execution) processes by providing inputs and insights to support alignment between supply/demand as well informing the commercial and marketing teams on any updates.
• Maintain a “green” scorecard on all relative KPI’s.
• Other activities/tasks as dictated by manager and business needs.

What’s needed for you to succeed?
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Previous related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated problem solving, root cause analysis and corrective action skills.
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX preferred.
• Demonstrated sense of urgency and ownership.
• Excellent written skills with the ability to communicate effectively throughout the organization.
• Advanced English skills both oral and written.
• Capacity to build relationships internally & externally.
• Capable of making independent decisions, works well under pressure, and can prioritize work.
• Highly motivated, disciplined, and focused individual that pays attention to detail and requires minimal supervision.
