On behalf of our client in the renewable energy sector, we are looking for an experienced specialist for their Order Management team based in Brande,
Denmark location. The team is the main customer interface of NEME region transport equipment,
lifting equipment and tooling business for Onshore Wind Farms as well as for Service direct drive
projects.
The team ensures the complete chain from creation of material in SAP and all related
master data processes; purchasing and follow up of the equipment with the suppliers; the interface
to the equipment center in Esbjerg and the different customer projects, where the equipment need to
be delivered to. The team is combining the three “sub-groups” Master Data, Purchasing and Order
Management. In a nutshell it is from the material creation up to sales order management towards
customers. You’ll have your “home-base” in the Purchasing team but will support the entire team as
Demand and Supply Manager.
How to contribute to our client's vision
Your responsibilities as Demand and Supply Manager will be:
- You work on purchasing new parts, spare parts and refill parts for our rental business, both
for transport equipment, lifting equipment and installation tools.
- You will be a user of SAP and need to be open to improve and develop new business
processes fitting to the SAP landscape.
- You proceed with assigned day-to-day service & solution management related IT operations.
- You follow organizational procedures to conform to productive work.
- You execute the work packages within required time, budget, quality.
- You actively contribute to cooperation with all others involved and with interface partners
and passing on all relevant information to keep themselves and others informed and create
an optimum in the communication chain.
- You respond to operations related enquiries, may act as first point of contact in subject
matters.
- You liaise with functionally involved Operations and Professionals.
- You provide input to management and prepare analyses to the team lead.

Besides that, we are looking for someone who optimally:
- Has good technical insight and experience as a purchaser.
- Is a strong coordinator across functions and departments; self-driven and persistent while also
being open and communicative with a structured mind set.
- Wish to be a part of a team where we work together and support each other.
- Works effectively with others with limited supervision and willingness to learn.
- Enjoys working with details but can also see the bigger picture.
- Has a background in SAP related work environment is preferred.
- Has basic IT skills (Power Point, Word, Excel, Outlook).
It is a big advantage if you thrive in a multi-cultural environment and are familiar with working in
large organizations. It is therefore important that you have excellent English language skills, both
written and spoken. It is advantage if you also speaking Danish and Spanish.
