Are you an experienced sourcing professional with a passion for renewable energy and category management? Do you want to lead sourcing activities for some of the world’s largest energy engineering projects? If so, we have a unique opportunity for you!
Your position
In your new role as a Sourcing Manager, you will join the Product Line Sourcing Team within our fast-growing Renewables Division. With your experience in category management, procurement and supplier management, you will lead our sourcing efforts to ensure the delivering of procurement and sourcing to tenders and engineering projects within Renewables, executed through the Product Line. You will also be leading a team of welcoming and dedicated employees and collaborating with other departments to ensure the success of the Product Line Sourcing.
The projects you will deliver sourcing for are some of the largest engineering projects in the energy sector globally. An example could be the offshore substation that we are delivering to Vineyard Wind Project, which is the first commercial-scale offshore wind project in the USA! Above all, your work will make a real difference in meeting the world’s growing energy demand.

As a Sourcing Manager, you will be the Manager of the Product Line Sourcing Team and responsible for leading and managing sourcing activities for the Renewables OSS EPC Product Line.

Your tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Ensuring the OSS EPC Product Line is supported with commercial framework agreements to enable the configure-to-order project delivery model
- Defining and documenting Product Line Sourcing governance in collaboration with Product Line Management and the Supply Chain Director
- Establishing and executing on category management
- Enabling and ensuring continuous development and improvement of category, contracting and project procurement strategies and planning routines
- Conducting market and supplier analyses
- Developing frameworks for contracts and change management
Your profile & qualifications

To succeed in this position, we imagine that you have:
- Broad procurement, sourcing and contracting knowledge, including competitive tendering, contract preparation, complex negotiations and contract management
- A degree in business or supply chain management
- Experience with contract change management and handling of claims
- Specific knowledge and experience with FIDIC standard contracts within EPC project environments in energy infrastructure
- Fluency in English, verbal and written
