We are one of the largest food- and beverage manufacturing companies in Denmark, with production and headquarters in Frederikssund. As we embark on the journey of building a new manufacturing site, we are dedicated to modernizing our supply chain processes. For this reason, we are seeking a dedicated Supply Purchaser to ensure product availability, optimize inventory, foster strong supplier relationships, and keep our supply chain processes up to date.

An essential role in our Supply Chain!
As a Supply Purchaser, you’ll be at the heart of our supply chain operations.
Your core responsibilities include:
- Issuing Purchase Orders: You will issue purchase orders to suppliers in strict adherence to contracts and price lists.
- Inventory Management: Your keen eye for detail will be essential in maintaining optimal inventory levels and ensuring stock availability to meet production demands.
- Logistics Oversight: You will oversee inbound logistics, ensuring the smooth flow of materials from suppliers to our facilities.
- Supplier Collaboration: Collaborating with selected suppliers, you will work to enhance their performance, strengthening our supply network.
- Quality Control Coordination: You will work closely with our quality control teams to address any issues related to the quality of procured materials.
In addition to the core responsibilities, we want you to enhance our capabilities in one or more of the following areas:
- Cost Optimization: Tracking procurement costs and recommending cost-saving measures.
- Inbound Logistical setup: Review the transportation cost under different INCO terms.
- EOQ and SS Revision: Secure that we are ordering the right amounts.
- Supplier Performance Management: Analyze how our suppliers are performing.
- Data Analytics: Automation of data processing to accelerate decision-making
Your qualifactions:
- A master’s or diploma degree in a business-related field, with a focus on Supply Chain Management or Engineering.
- Proficiency in Excel/BI tools and familiarity with ERP systems, such as Dynamics 365 or similar platforms
- Prior experience in supply chain management functions
- A strong understanding of core operational procurement processes
- A proactive and positive problem-solving attitude, coupled with analytical thinking
- Customer-focused and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills
- Self-driven, proactive, and adaptable to fast-paced environments
- Thrives in daily operational execution, with an open mind and pragmatic approach
