In Dk Catalyst Planning, we are 8 (+ you) dedicated supply chain specialists. As our Supply Planner you own the operational and tactical planning horizon and will ensure transparency of the requirement and potential imbalances through the monthly process.Who we’re looking for:
You will act as the critical link between the operations, procurement, and commercial and you will also play an active role in the implementation of a solution in how to create even more transparency in the planning. A short list of tasks could look like this:Full planning horizon in SAP ePPDS from the operational level to the tactical horizon Maintain and act upon SAP exception reports daily – in particular manage process orders, due dates and highlight immediately any risks to order fulfilment and risks to stock levels in monthly S&OP process Setup and plan for specific line(s) in our factory in Frederikssund Own and drive the monthly S&OP supply reviews Maintain and optimize stock levels and secure right safety stocks Work closely with procurement to ensure high delivery performance Support the design, development and implementation of planning process improvements Full planning horizon in SAP ePPDS from the operational level to the tactical horizonMaintain and act upon SAP exception reports daily – in particular manage process orders, due dates and highlight immediately any risks to order fulfilment and risks to stock levels in monthly S&OP processSetup and plan for specific line(s) in our factory in FrederikssundOwn and drive the monthly S&OP supply reviewsMaintain and optimize stock levels and secure right safety stocksWork closely with procurement to ensure high delivery performanceSupport the design, development and implementation of planning process improvementsWe are offering an attractive position as Supply Planner with responsibility for developing, executing and designing the different planning processes within Topsoe. Location is in Ravnholm, Lyngby (four days a week) and one day a week in our production plant in Frederikssund.
What you’ll bring
1-5 years of practical experience working within planning of production. Experience of and a demonstrated ability to develop, execute and improve “good” operational and tactical processes. You need to have knowledge of a S&OP cycle. You will work closely with our production site in Frederikssund and therefore it is a demand that you speak and write Danish fluently.What you’ll bring
You understand the interconnectivity between commercial and operations processes and have proficiency in SAP ePPDS, APS solutions, Business Warehouse, excel and power point. You will ideally have hands on practical experience from a production plant and/or with external manufactory.
You need to be structured, with a high level of analytical understanding and high degree of detail insight. You are not afraid of setting the scene and have good communication skills and can manage cross-functional in the organization.
