With reference to the Director of Sourcing in SCQM, you are offered a unique possibility to join our team on the journey towards Sourcing Excellence. You will be part of our sourcing team in the Electricals category together with colleagues from our Quality and Procurement department.
Main responsibility
As part of the direct sourcing team, you will be responsible for our Electricals category. To be successful in this position you will help develop and drive the category, executing cost saving initiatives and select the right supplier base. You will be working cross-functionally with stakeholders across Terma and help facilitate requirements from our TEC and sales organization. Furthermore, you will support and drive category specific KPIs and ensure we remain on target.
Your professional qualifications:
You will have a relevant educational background within e.g., supply chain, procurement, logistics or engineering and have experience with the sourcing process. You are used to dealing with multiple stakeholders and know the value of developing supplier relationships. Furthermore, we expect the ideal candidate to posses below qualifications as well:

- 2+ years of experience from a similar job function is an advantage
- Experience from negotiation and the sourcing process
- Experience with electrical components is an advantage
- Fluent in English is a requirement
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office package, with emphasis on Excel
