We are looking for a Sourcing Manager for O&M Wind procurement for one of our clients in the Wind Industry. Your main focus will be negotiation of agreements or frame work agreements related to O&M wind activities. You will also have a strong focus on supporting the increased need for different types of O&M sourcing activities (like service agreements and labour/repair work) but with a focus on Special Projects.
Location: Middle Jutland/flexible
Tasks:
Retrofit campaigns for foundations, substations or cables
Main Components replacements or repair
Decommissioning
Extraordinary on- and offshore construction works (e.g. cable storage facilities, site facilities, warehouse)
Developing and implementing procurement strategies for relevant wind O&M projects
Building relationships with suppliers and our client’s organization
Lead and drive tendering activities including, tendering, evaluation, negotiation and preparing contract award decisions for O&M wind projects, ensuring best value and compliance with our clients objectives and principles
Collaborate with stakeholders ( in Generation and supply chain) to align and drive negotiation of contracts
Qualifications:
A relevant University degree or equal
Minimum of over 5 years of experience working with procurement
Minimum of 3 years in O&M procurement projects, preferably renewables, oil and gas, or similar complex industries
Significant experience in driving procurement projects in an international environment
Excellent negotiation skills on standards forms of contract
Fluent in English, both verbally and written
Good understanding of people and culture working across multiple business functions and locations
Cooperative team player with solid interpersonal skills
Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to perform and travel during peak periods
Valid EU work permit
