Head of IT-support & Infrastructure

We are more than 400 employees with 30 different nationalities, and since 2004 we have installed more than 100 renewable projects representing a total value of more than DKK 15 billion. Currently, we have a development pipeline exceeding 25 GW and operate globally with our head quarter located in Copenhagen and offices in Sweden, United Kingdom Romania, Germany, Italy, Lithuania, Poland, Latvia, Spain and more to come. The role
As our new Head of IT-support & Infrastructure you will be supervising a team of IT-Specialists, IT-Supporters, IT-Trainees and student workers – currently 8 people in total.
You will be responsible for operating a stable and secure IT Support and Infrastructure. You will take the lead on our IT Operation and IT Security projects to make sure the solutions are supporting our corporate strategies as well as ensuring cloud benefits that support our continuous business growth.
We aim for high availability, great scalability, fast time to market and geographic reach. You will join a team of IT professionals who always thrives to provide best of class IT services to our global organization where IT plays a central role in our digital strategy.
Responsibilities
Your Profile
We expect you to have at least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in operating and maintaining critical Network and Infrastructure preferably cloud based set up from a similar position or as a consultant.
Your management experience comes from an international complex organization with great innovative perspective.
You work structured and independently with your own tasks and understand how to prioritize these. You have a pro-active and service minded personality and is motivated by delivering high operational stability. You are curious to find new technological possibilities and used to embrace new IT technologies.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop our global IT infrastructure and Network
- High availability Operations including monitoring, logging and documentation
- IT Security including Backup and Disaster recovery
- End to end ownership of our network
- Secure optimal usage, automatization and development of our network and IT platforms
- Control costs and budgets for own area of responsibility
- Lifecycle management of IT policies and practices
- Project management of network and infrastructure related projects
- Data protection operations and legislation (e.g. GDPR)
Your Profile
We expect you to have at least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in operating and maintaining critical Network and Infrastructure preferably cloud based set up from a similar position or as a consultant.

- BSc/BA in Computer Science, IT or relevant field
- Is a listener and is able to prioritize complex tasks in a busy everyday life
- Structured, logical and analytical, with a great impact
- Solid experience with modern and scalable Infrastructure & Operations
- Experience with IT Support and Infrastructure project management
- Experience with Microsoft technologies e.g. Azure and M365 is a plus
- You are fluent in English, both verbal and written. Danish is an advantage
