We are looking for an IT Security Specialist to join HydraSpecma’s global IT organization. HydraSpecma will consolidate IT into one organization, as part of this we are looking for an IT Security Specialist to help implementing aligned procedures and governance across all subsidiaries of HydraSpecma Group. You will report to the responsible for IT-Security in HydraSpecma, and the workplace can be Skjern or Ishøj/Copenhagen in Denmark or Gothenburg in Sweden.
As an IT Security Specialist, you will be part of a team, who will be responsible for improving security for both IT and OT environments at different sites, we are currently located in 10 countries around the world so you should expect some travel activities, however we speak mostly Scandinavian.
The person we are looking for will have a key role in IT. Your function will be as a strong partner for our business and your colleagues in IT Development and Operations. You will together with rest of the business help increase digitalization in a safe and efficient way, just as you will be able to spar with your other competent colleagues in the IT organization.
It will be expected of you, that you function primarily as an operational resource but you will also have a part in the strategic IT-work.

Expectations & Tasks:
- Microsoft technologies in general, both on-premises and in the cloud
- UpToDate on technologies and trends within the IT Security area
- Working with awareness on IT Security in general
- Identify and evaluate new IT solutions as required
- Continuously analyze and identify potential IT security risks
- Liaise with Enterprise Architect and IT Operations to ensure adequate security solutions are in place throughout all IS/IT products and platforms to mitigate identified risks sufficiently and to meet business objectives and regulatory requirements
- Ensure new products, platforms and solutions are implemented with "Secure & Compliance by Design"
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Danish or Swedish as well as English

- You are pragmatic and solution oriented, and can work in a dynamic environment where everything is not described in advance
- You can work independently, take responsibility, and complete your tasks
- You are service minded and function well in a role with a broad interface to the rest of your organization.
- Preferably have worked in a global environment and with virtual teams
