Therefore, we are looking for a new Information Security Specialist to join our Information Security team.
You will have a direct reference to Head of Information Security, who leads the focus on governance, risk, and compliance across Kamstrup. More specifically you will join our Information Security team, which consists of 4 specialists and together we are responsible for how information security is implemented across the organization. As the solutions we offer deeply affects how our business is operated, we consider pragmatic caution a virtue, and put great value on sparring.
A job with focus on guiding and executing information security policies
In the role as Information Security Specialist it will be your responsibility to ensure that our cyber and information security meets current and future demands. Therefore, your key task will be to bridge business with information security, and act as a valuable partner across the organization in order ensure that key security aspects are met globally.
More specifically, your tasks will be to:
Personality matters
We are looking for an Information Security Specialist with solid experience within information security. We imagine that you have an education background with IT, Information Security or similar combined with minimum 2 years of experience from a similar role in a global company. Project management skills and certifications within CISM, CISA, CISSP or CRISC will be considered an advantage.
As a person you thrive in a dynamic environment with many ongoing activities, why you master the art of coordination. You consider yourself a great communicator, who can translate technical terms to a broad target audience, and you are used to engaging with stakeholders who have both technical and nontechnical backgrounds. You possess a great drive and want to make a difference, hence you are not afraid to challenge status quo and you inspire your colleagues to implement new ways of working which enhances the general information security level across the organization. You are analytical by nature and use this to guide your stakeholders towards the best solutions.
It is a requirement that you are fluent in English and Danish.

- Implement and update ISO 27001 and NIS2, conduct risk assessments internal and on vendors and suppliers
- Coordinate, plan and execute various projects related to information security to extend the knowledge of information security
- Train internal stakeholders in information security and risk management
- Ensure information security guidance, assume breach assessments and risks assessments, and do analysis of gaps and mitigation factors
- Implement risk management as well as ensuring that business continuity plans, and incident response plans are maintained and tested
