With a high focus on information security, we are looking for a new Program Manager for Information Security to join our Information Security team.
With direct reference to Head of Information Security & Enterprise Risk Management, you will join our Information Security team, who is responsible for how information security is implemented across the organization by focusing on governance, risk mitigation, and compliance. As the solutions we offer deeply affect how our business is operated, we consider pragmatic caution a virtue and put great value on sparring, while most of our time is spent in collaboration with our colleagues in the organization while securing high-risk awareness and mitigation.
A job with focus on sparring and business operations
As our new Program Manager for Information Security it will be your responsibility to ensure that our cyber and information security offerings meet current and future demands while bridging business with information security. You will hereby act as a valued sparring partner across the organization in order ensure that key security aspects are met globally. Furthermore, you will be a key player in carrying out projects related to our Information Security strategy.
More specifically your tasks will be to:
Personality matters
We are looking for a Program Manager for Information Security with solid experience within information security. We imagine that you have an education background in IT, Information Security, or similar combined with a minimum of 2 years of experience from a similar role in a global company. You have successfully carried out various projects. Certifications within CISM, CISA, CISSP, or CRISC will be considered an advantage.
As a person you thrive in a dynamic environment with many ongoing activities, where you naturally keep an overview and prioritize your tasks. You consider yourself a great communicator who can translate technical terms and easily adjust your communication according to your audience. You possess a great drive, and you want to make a difference, why you are not afraid to challenge status quo. You are analytical by nature and use this to guide your stakeholders toward the best solutions while understanding the business context you are advising in.
It is a requirement that you are fluent in English and Danish.

- Manage projects end-to-end and secure successful project outcomes
- Conduct assessments and guide in setup mitigation in the organization
- Support the ongoing process of implementing related standards and legislation
- Support continuous development, maintenance, and testing of Business Continuity Plans, Risk Management, and Incident Response
- Take part in sector-relevant cooperation with authorities and other stakeholders
