What you’ll be doing

Nobia is seeking a dedicated IT supporter for our help desk team in Nobia. Based in Tilst, you’ll be a part of our pivotal 1st and 2nd line support, diving into daily challenges. Our success in the help desk depends on our ability to quickly and securely support our colleagues with daily user support. Your daily tasks include:

  • Provide efficient and timely technical support to users via phone, e-mail, or in-person.
  • Provide on-site IT Service for our DK HQ in Tilst
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for both 1st and 2nd level support.
  • Support and registration of IT cases according to ITIL principles
  • Collaboration across IT, stores, and production
  • Documentation of new and existing process descriptions

You will be part of the team's on-call duty, ensuring that our users can always solve their business-critical problems.

Your qualifications:

We are looking for an IT supporter who is service-oriented and likes to give support to other employees in person, by phone, and by e-mail. You like being around other people and helping them with their challenges. It is important for us that you have theright mindset and keep calm in a hectic environment, and maintain a positive attitude, while troubleshooting complex system interactions. Furthermore, we hope that you:

  • Have experience as an IT supporter where you have experience in providing technical support in a help desk or IT support environment.
  • Have relevant IT education
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Customer-focuses mindset with a commitment to deliver exceptional service and support.
  • Communicate effortlessly with people at all levels and have good teamwork skills
  • Are passionate, curious, and quick to acquire new knowledge
  • Master Danish and English in both written and spoken communication
  • Can work independently and in a team.
  • Good work organization skills
