Trackunit is looking for an IT Administrator that, as part of our internal IT department in Aalborg, will work closely together across the organization to support our employees globally with IT services and equipment. You will be reporting to the Head of Internal IT. Together with the team, your task will be to design and implement the IT infrastructure of the future. Trackunit is a growing international SaaS company where working remotely has become the new normal with new colleagues joining from all over the world. As our new IT Administrator, you will take part in implementing a Zero Trust infrastructure based on SaaS/Cloud products with a User-Focused Security approach providing our employees with freedom and agility. Your responsibilities will be to provide general IT support to our employees, administrating equipment and licenses as well as implementing new applications, and continuously developing the internal Trackunit IT infrastructure. Trackunit is currently in a growth spurt and Internal IT's noblest task is to provide our employees with a state-of-the-art IT environment enabling them to perform their best. You will be a key player in accomplishing this. Every day is different, but you can expect to work with:
  • General IT support
  • Purchasing and distributing of equipment
  • License management
  • Managing users in Okta, Office365 and other Cloud solutions
  • Managing Microsoft Azure and Intune
  • Implementing new apps in our IdM (Okta)
  • Providing security guidance to our users
  • Designing and implementing Zero Trust infrastructure

Who are you?
  • Passionate about IT Administration and digital security and have experience with IT security.
  • Open and service-oriented.
  • Must be able to work independently and handle and prioritize incoming tasks
  • Professionally skilled, proactive and self-driven, energetic, thorough and persistent.
  • Able to see the bigger IT landscape and find synergies.
  • You have relevant experience from similar position.
  • A natural focus on IT Security in all aspects of your work.
  • Good understanding of hardware, PCs and Mac.
  • Experience with managing Cloud products like Dropbox, Slack, Office365, Zoom etc.
  • Experience with Okta is a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure and Intune is a plus
