The Job
You have a relevant, professional education, e.g. mechanic, industrial technician, agricultural machinery mechanician, engineer or you have in another way acquired relevant, cross-functional, craftsmanlike experience.
You are thoroughly experienced in systematic troubleshooting of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical machines and components.
An interest in and knowledge of/flair for troubleshooting PLC controls would also be a distinct advantage.
You are a pioneering spirit who engages in your job and thrives on taking responsibility for your own assignments and for satisfying the customer.
You have a sense of priority and a systematic approach to the tasks before you, and are adaptable, self-standing, and enterprising.
Your communication skills are strong and you can speak with people at all organizational levels.
You master English technical terms, both in writing and speech as well as danish.
As a service technician you will be Hydraulico’s representative on-site, meaning you are the link between customer and Hydraulico.
An exciting and challenging position with many contacts in an informal and dynamic environment that provides good development opportunities on both the professional and personal level.

Hydraulico’s equipment is often included as one of the most important processes in customers’ high-performance production lines – which is why stability and uptime are important parameters.
Hydraulico mainly employs specialists, while large parts of the component production are carried out by subcontractors.
The company has active equipment with more than 1000 customers all over the world, already generating a significant aftermarket as well as sales press modernizations.

The Job
- Preparation (incl. test in our workshop) and installation of hydraulic presses
- Service (preventive maintenance and troubleshooting), refurbishment and modernization
- Training of customers in daily operation and maintenance of installed equipment
- Telephone, email and online / remote customer support to customers
- Collect information from customers such as quality feedback, sales leads and increased service opportunities
- The job includes travel in Denmark and abroad. You should expect approx. 120 annual travelling days, for periods of up to 4 consecutive weeks
- You will become part of a dynamic team of six service technicians working in teams or independently
- Thorough training – once you have the necessary knowledge, you will be part of Hydraulico’s 16 hours/day Customer Support Center
Professional Skills
