Contract manager with legal and commercial mindset

As contract manager in Dubex you will have the overall legal responsibility for developing and maintaining contracts and documents and for ensuring all judicial aspects in the company.
You will be working with Contract Management, GDPR and BID /Tender Management, and will support the management on all legal matters. You will refer to the CEO and will play a key role as advisor on legal subject matters within the organization and as a legal advisor to the CEO.
You will be an important sparring partner and go-to person for the various business functions. You will be involved in development of new services where you contribute with suggestions for contractual improvements in service agreements. The foundation is high, but as services and the customer base grows, there is an increasing need to keep documents and contracts up to date. It is important that you understand to put the legal framework into business practices with a pragmatic approach.

Primary responsibilities
- Contract Management
- Preparing and revising contracts ensuring they adhere to legal standards and customer demands
- Assist sales in contract negotiations
- Review and evaluate supplier and customer agreements
- Assist and advise in contract “disputes
- GDPR
- Maintain standard data processor agreements and instructions
- Adjust and negotiate data processor agreements with customers
- Evaluation of data processor agreements from suppliers and sub-processors
- Responsible for internal GDPR compliance
- Legal
- Legal advice of the company’s management team
- Communication and negotiation with the company’s customers in case of doubt.
Professional qualifications
- Relevant education within business and law e.g., Cand.merc (jur), HA (jur) or similar.
- +3 years of experience as contract manager or legal advisor, where you have brought a pragmatic approach to the legal work
- Knowledge about GDPR and experience with data processor agreements
- You are fluent in Danish and English both in writing and speech

Your workplace will be at our office in Søborg, but you will also participate in meetings and tasks with our customers. The position is to be filled as soon as possible.
