- experience from a professional kitchen is a must – pizza baking experience is preferred
- an interest for Italian and Nordic cooking, and you love working with high quality products

- engage in positive and constructive communication with guests and colleagues
- enjoy working in a busy environment
- a clean criminal record (Ministry of Transportation executive order 979)
