Personal & professional qualifications:
- You are a trained chef and have at least one year of experience
- You are environmentally aware and food waste is important to you and you work hard to minimize food waste and waste at every stage
- You have a sense of raw material knowledge and creativity in the kitchen
- You work structured, independently and take responsibility with a strong work ethic
- You either understand and speak one of the Scandinavian languages and/or English
Your personality reflects the following:
- Courage, energy and enthusiasm
- Young at heart
- Casual and understated - yet mannered and stylish
- Individual and natural – yet a team player
- The environment is your bestie
- Service minded and alert with “can do” attitude
