Position Overview:
We are in search of a seasoned culinary professional with a minimum of 10 years of documented experience, specializing in North Indian cuisine. The ideal candidate will lead our kitchen brigade, showcasing expertise in crafting traditional dishes while infusing creativity and innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and innovate North Indian recipes, ensuring authenticity and excellence in taste and presentation.
- Lead and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, including sourcing ingredients, recipe development, and plating.
- Manage kitchen operations, including inventory control, cost management, and adherence to food safety standards.
- Collaborate with management to develop menus and seasonal specials, highlighting the rich flavors of North Indian cuisine.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of documented experience as an Indian Head Chef, specializing in North Indian cuisine.
- In-depth knowledge of North Indian culinary traditions, spices, and cooking techniques.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to culinary excellence.
