As a Communication and Training Specialist, your role involves facilitating effective communication and ensuring smooth training related to ServiceNow within your organization.

You will be part of the [xxxxx] ServiceNow center of excellence based in Szczecin, some travel should be expected as part of the role.

What Tasks Are waiting for you?



Communication Strategy:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive communication plan for ServiceNow initiatives.
  • Create and disseminate relevant information to stakeholders, including process updates, best practices, and announcements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging.

Training Program Design and Delivery:

  • Design and deliver training programs tailored to different user groups (end-users, administrators, etc.).
  • Develop training materials, including user guides, videos, and presentations.
  • Conduct workshops and webinars to educate employees on ServiceNow functionality.

Change Management:

  • Assist in change management efforts related to ServiceNow implementations or updates.
  • Address user concerns and provide guidance during transitions.
  • Monitor adoption rates and adjust communication and training strategies accordingly.

User Support and Feedback:

  • Provide ongoing support to ServiceNow users.
  • Gather feedback from users to improve training content and communication methods.
  • Address user queries and troubleshoot issues related to ServiceNow.

Collaboration and Advocacy:

  • Collaborate with ServiceNow administrators and developers to stay informed about platform changes.
  • Advocate for ServiceNow adoption and promote its benefits across the organization.


It would be great if you:



  • are fluent English speaker. [xxxxx] is a global company with English as company language, so it is important that you can communicate professionally to all our colleagues.
  • are passionate about communication and training in an IT context – our team will be driving global process changes, and you will be a key enabler of this.
  • have educational background is not important for this role, but your CV should reflect proficiency in working with communication and training related to IT implementation and usage.
