We need a communication professional to structure and execute Thomas Dambo’s communication. As most of our communication is international it is important that you are well versed in English and that you have experience working internationally.
Artist and owner Thomas Dambo designs and builds giant sculptures made out of recycled wood all over the world. He also does a lot of other crazy things including restoration and reforestation of the farming estate where his workshop is located, publishing books and doing occasional events.
We are currently 22 permanent employees with different nationalities and professional backgrounds. Recycling is at the heart of everything we do and we are on a journey towards a fully circular practice and a CO2 neutral business.
Your main responsibilities will be to plan and execute press and other communication activities together with Thomas and the relevant crew members (most likely a photographer, a storyteller, a designer and sometimes a project manager). We do most of our communication on SoMe (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram) and on our website www.thomasdambo.com (which we are planning to redesign during 2023).

Your main workplace will be at Thomas Dambo’s workshop in Gadstrup, but you should also be prepared to do a lot of collaboration online as well as some traveling may be involved.

- min. 5 years experience in a communication job
- experience in producing SoMe content
- experience in SoMe campaign management
- experience writing press releases and servicing the press
- high proficiency in English
We will love if you also have:
- video production/editing experience
- experience leading a team
- good knowledge and understanding of Thomas Dambos works and brand
Your main workplace will be at Thomas Dambo’s workshop in Gadstrup, but you should also be prepared to do a lot of collaboration online as well as some traveling may be involved.
